The Engine gear system is quiet different from the MG core system and was the latest one until HMS blades showed up. There are many types of engine gears In different shapes and sizes and with different spin rotations.

Some Engine gear blades have an extra part that is said to be an engine weight which can be found with Wolborg 4 and Rockbison.

The Engine Gear system Have Bases with 3 features that is 1st clutch, Final clutch and Simple Clutch.

   :: First Clutch:- First clutch base is the kind of base which enables        or activates the Engine Gear In the starting.
   :: Final Clutch:- Final clutch base is the kind of base which activates        the Engine Gear when the beyblade is at the verge of stoping        e.g in Dranzer Gigs.
    :: Simple Clutch:- Simple clutch base is the kind of base which dose        not needs activation. Its free and dose not have any stopper        and it enables the EG itself in the battle several times e.g        Wolborg 4 Base.
